A three-day fair of budget home properties will be inaugurated in Chennai today. According to a press release from the organisers, the property fair, Budget Home 2011, being organised by Eyeball Media, an organiser of such events, will showcase properties priced between Rs 45,000 and Rs 45 lakh by over 65 developers. The fair is being held at the Chennai Trade Centre. 

Properties covering a wide segment including apartments, row houses, villas and plotted developments in Chennai, Coimbatore and Tiruchi will be on show by the developers. 

Pricing selected by the organisers caters to the most popular segment in the residential markets. The products typically cater to those with an income ranging from Rs 3 lakh a year to over Rs 8-10 lakh a year. 

Budget Home 2011 is positioned as a one-stop destination in which leading developers in the State are participating apart from banks and home loan institutions, the release said.
