H igginbothams,
the oldest bookstore in Bangalore and part of a chain established
in 1844, is synonymous with books and booklovers across generations.
They are a part of the 'Amalgamations Group', one of the largest light

In 1844, he laid the foundation for a book house that was revolutionary
for retailing of books. Since 1949, the company has entered an era
of rapid growth. They also operate stalls at railway stations and
have a large operational base in South India. The massive flow of
customers is a permanent fixture here.
Higginbothams, with its immense experience and success in marketing
