TCS PLANS ON EXPANSION
 India's largest
software services, the Tata Consultancy Services, are on an expansion
spree. They have acquired another 70 acres of land for a development
center near Chennai and entered into an agreement with the Tamil
Nadu government in Siruseri IT Park.
The expenditure for setting up this TCS center will be an approximate
Rs. 200 crore.
Besides, TCS plans to increase its manpower by further 50% for
the Chennai region.
This new development center will be ready to jump-start in two
years time
