Arya Bhangy - the hand made carved ornamental doors specialists
have been present in Chennai for the past eighteen years. Its showroom

from the World Trade Leader's Club, Spain, for three successive
years. The award was given in appreciation and recognition
of the quality, workmanship and pricing of their products - the
important aspects, which have made their products popular.
Arya Bhangy is the first Indian manufacturing company to receive
this award.
Arya Bhangy boasts of having more than four hundred designs, which
are rooted in Aryan, Dravidian, and Georgian styles and mingled
with the elegance of modern craftsmanship. Says Prasad
J Nair, Branch Manager, Chennai "These doors are created
by highly skilled craftsmen, who hail from different parts of India.
They are of very high quality and the confidence we have in our
products can be seen from the fact that we give them a lifelong
guarantee of twenty-five years. The majority of our orders
are in bulk from builders, contractors and architects, though we
do have individual orders. Our publicity is mainly from exhibitions,
which deal with building material, construction, interior exhibitions,
we also advertise in magazines".
 Arya
Bhangy doors are available in a price range of Rs 400/- per sq ft
to Rs1800/- per sq ft. The doors come in full teakwood, teakwood
border with high-density fibre inside and countrywood border with
medium density fibre inside. Carefully selected mature wood
is used for making these doors. The wood is properly seasoned by
placing it in an ultra modern kiln to reduce water content to 9%.
This ensures that the doors don't expand or contract with changing
climatic conditions. Vacuumised spray polishing gives the
doors their magnificent finish.
Prasad says, "The highlight of our product is the superior quality
of our finish. It is superior when compared to the local finishes
that are available and more economical at the same time. We
use only our own material. We do not do outside jobs or accept
any material from customers, because we can give the lifelong guarantee
only when we are sure of our raw materials. The doors can
be custom-made to any size or specification".
Arya Bhangy also have showrooms in Mumbai, Bangalore, Coimbatore
and Cochin. Apart from these showrooms they have a marketing
set up with over twenty-eight outlets in India and a Regional Office
in Marid, Spain. It normally takes 30 to 35 days for the delivery
of the product from the date of confirmation.
Arya Bhangy has supplied their doors to many Churches, Temples,
Mosques and other places of worship in India and abroad. Some
of their products are even displayed in the Vatican Art Gallery
in Rome.
