a cool boutique in Spencer Plaza. Aesthetica helps every
client select dresses that suit individual personality. It is not
just another boutique but, a fashion consultant boutique.
Shubha Sandeep, a fashion designer from Mumbai, established
Aesthetica in 1993. Shubha says Chennai has evolved
from a traditional city to one of the most happening places in fashion.
Aesthetica combines western designs with Indian fabrics.
Their star attraction is the bridal collection. Exquisite Lachas,
Ghagras and Chanya Cholis are available in lush crepes, satins and
organza. Bridal wear ranges from Rs 4,000/- to Rs 30,000/-.
Aesthetica also caters to other levels of fashion such as
home wear, office wear, evening wear and special occasion wear.
They also accept orders for designing dresses.

Naturally
Auroville Boutique
 If
you’re the kind of person who prefers natural products, without
chemicals and side effects, then Naturally Auroville Boutique
on Khader Nawaz Khan Road, is your destination store.
This store offers you a variety of commodities ranging from incense
to ceramic pottery, mostly from Auroville, Pondicherry. Other
items include an array of scented candles (for different states
of mind), fragrances, lampshades, paintings and fancy mirrors. The
food products are prepared without chemical additives or preservatives.
In this section, you can pick up cakes, breads, vinegar and organic
cashew nuts.
The Auroville Boutique also houses garments for men and women,
which are made of cotton, and coloured only with vegetable dyes.
There’s a leather section with portfolios, handbags, footwear, purses
and wallets. There are a variety of wooden toys for children to
choose from at its toy division.
The tastefully designed Italian furniture is the most popular part
of this store. Also on display are antiques from Rajasthan. Compact
discs featuring music for meditation can also be purchased here.
