Some of the top models like Bipasha Basu, Madhu Sapre, Dino Morea, Rahul Dev, Aditi Gowarikar and Craig Scott. They went on the ramp to unleash Provogue's fall and winter collection.

An entertaining evening, the show started around 10.00 pm with a lot of hooting, whistling and cat calls. Bipasha Basu and her boyfriend Dino Morea got the maximum support of the cheering crowd. For a foot tapping Marathi number a couple of 'aunties' got up and sashayed down the ramp with the male models!

The Compere of the evening, Rakshanda Khan had a hard time controlling the boisterous crowd. The impression that Chennai was a conservative metro, stood corrected once and for all.

The evening also saw the preliminary rounds of Provogue Supermodel Hunt in which leading Chennai models participated. Nine semi-finalists - Medha, Trisha, Divya, Sruthi, Tracy, Sandhya, Maheswari, Aishwarya and Simran were selected from among 45 participants.

These semi-finalists will vie for the Provogue Supermodel title at the finals at Mumbai, along with similar contestants from Hyderabad, Jaipur, Bangalore, Calcutta, Ahmedabad and Lucknow.

Says Salil Chaturvedi, Director, Provogue, " Going all India with the contest is the first of our initiatives to bring out the very best in the fashion arena. We see great potential in Chennai."
