Ingredients

Black gram

Coconut

8 thin slices

Ginger

A small piece

Green chillies

1 teaspoon

500 ml for frying

Procedure
- Soak black gram in water for about 45 minutes. Drain off water.
- Grind it in a mixer until a thick paste is obtained.
- Add coconut slices, chopped ginger, chopped curry leaves and
salt.
- Shape into small balls and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney / sambar. A crunchy evening snack.
