Chennai-born wins formula 3 Championship

Chennai-born Karun Chandok won an impressive British scholarship class race at the Silverstone Grand prix circuit on Sunday. He also recorded the race's fastest lap(1:46.520) which got him an extra championship point.

Karun moved up to the second place in the championship standing with 15 races to go.

Karun is sponsored by JK Tyres, Kingfisher, Rolon, UCAL, Amron and prax.
