AVM SOUND
ZONE - Saraswathi Stores
 The
first venture of film pioneer - A V Meiyappa Chettiar, Saraswathi
Stores was renamed AVM Sound Zone in September 1999.
Established in 1932, this store first sold Long Play (L.P.) Records,
and since then has kept in step with technology. It is now selling
the latest in music recordings.
The beautifully designed store houses exclusive sections for classical
music. The fastest- moving genres being Carnatic Classical and Sanskrit
Devotional. The store also sells music accessories like headphones,
earphones, blanks, CD-Rs, and multimedia titles. The latest film
soundtracks are also available.
This 1500 square feet showroom is popular with personalities of
the film and music industry in the city.
