Chennai-based property developers Vijay Shanthi Builders, in business for three decades now, has launched Boulevard, a residential project on the up and coming Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road that connects the manufacturing hub on the GST Road and the IT Corridor in Old Madras Road. The project, coming up on five acres of land, will offer 322 residential units. All apartments are three BHK units and will be in the sizes ranging between 1,150 square feet and 1,200 square feet.

Vijay Shanthi has already completed a project -- Park Avenue -- in the region and has now started work on Boulevard. The project is expected to be finished in 18 months. The developer has announced an inaugural price of Rs 2,800 per sq ft.

Boulevard will offer a range of amenities that include library, children’s play area, yoga and meditation centre, departmental store, gym, community hall, party hall, indoor and outdoor games areas, gazebos, recreation hall, business centre, health club, jogging track, elders park, skating rink, acupuncture walkway and water bodies.
